The handle is tapered from the bowl to the handle and has a pretty curved end. On the back of the handle it has MF elaborately engraved.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eIt comes with a gift bag and would be a lovely present.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eIt was made by Thomas Evans and George Smith III and it was Hallmarked in London in 1770. The Hallmarks and maker’s marks are on the back of the neck of the spoon.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThe Silver is shiny with a little tarnish in places.
