They were Hallmarked in Birmingham in 1905.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe handle is made from Sterling Silver and has a very pretty hammered pattern. The tweezers are made of Carbon Steel.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Silver is shiny.
