It has a ring on one side so it can be put on a chain. The lid lifts to show the hallmarks on the rim and the lid snaps shut very well. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe silver is shiny with light scratches and a little tarnish on the edges which all adds to its beauty and antique look. There are a couple of very tiny dents to the case.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt weighs 32.5g. It measures 5cm by 4.1cm (2 inches by 1 5\/8 inches).
