It has a pretty lined pattern around the sides and a rim around the top and bottom. On the front is a round circular blank cartouche.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt was made by Rolason Brothers and it was Hallmarked in Birmingham in 1920. The Hallmarks are on the side of the napkin ring.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eCondition \u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe silver is shiny with a few light scratches including on the blank cartouche.
