It was made by James Arthur Scholes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe blade is Stainless Steel and it has this imprinted on the blade along with a pretty elegant “Cake Knife” inscribed. It has a pointed end and a serrated top edge so it is perfect to use as a cake cutting knife but also to take a slice out to put on a plate. The handle is smooth cream coloured plastic which was popular in the 1920s.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt’s a beautiful vintage design and is in good condition. The blade and handle have some scratches commensurate with age.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt measures 25.5cm in length (10 inches).
