It has a plastic base.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt was made by Henry Perkins \u0026amp; Sons and it was hallmarked in London in 1923.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eCondition\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt’s in good condition. The silver is shiny with some tarnish which helps to show the design. There are tiny dents all around the base and one larger one around the rim at the top.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eSize\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt’s filled and weighs 102g.
