The maker’s mark and hallmarks are on one side of the Sterling Silver blade.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe fruit knife features an elegant Mother of Pearl handle, finely crafted with a slim, graceful profile typical of the period. On one side it has a blank rectangular cartouche. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe silver blade folds back into the handle. It’s shiny and a bit wavy in places which can be seen in one of the photos. The Mother of Pearl is smooth with an inclusion on one side and a very tiny chip on the other side.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt’s a refined and collectible piece, prized for its craftsmanship and timeless Victorian charm and would be a fabulous gift.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt measures 10.2cm in length when fully open (4 inches).
