The egg cup was hallmarked in London in 1937, and the spoon was hallmarked in Sheffield 1936.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe egg cup is made of Sterling Silver and sits on a pedestal base. It has shiny smooth plain silver sides, perfect for engraving initials or a name. It has a beautifully elegant shape with a curved rim at the top.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe spoon has a lovely elegant shape and a pretty shell design at the end of the handle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe set comes in its original presentation box from Page, Keen and Page Ltd of Plymouth, who were renowned jewellers and silversmiths.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe box is in good condition with the odd scuff on the lid. The egg cup has a few very small dents and one slightly large one. The spoon is in excellent condition.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe egg cup and spoon together weigh 26.1g. The egg cup measures 6.7cm in height (2 5\/8 inches).
