The blade is beautifully smooth Mother of Pearl.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt was made by John Yeomans Cowlishaw who specialised in making good quality fruit knives. It was hallmarked in Sheffield in 1928.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eCondition\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe mother of pearl is in very good condition and shows all it’s beautiful different textures. The sliver blade is shiny with quite a few scratches to it. It folds neatly back into the handle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eSize\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt’s a smaller size fruit knife, measuring 9.6cm (3 3\/4 inches) with the blade fully open.
